School attendance abroad

In order to comply with the Dutch legislation of the education of minors it has to be proved that a pupil regularly attends the educational institution where he/she has been registered.

To do so parents have to ask the head of the educational institution to fill out this form. It is also possible to fill out a form the school has itself. This must be completed approximately 2 months after the pupil has started attending the school.

With this form the educational institution abroad declares that the pupil has or has not regularly attended the educational institution in the current schoolyear.

• Print (we recommend printing this on school writing paper)
• Sign (director of the school)

Instruction for parents

• Ask the school to fill out this form (or the schools form)
• Scan or make a photo of the completed form (with signature)
• Send it to leerplicht@koggenland.nl
• This must be done approximately 2 months after the pupil started attending the school
